I don't know about the flags or posters your looking for. You might end up having to make those yourself, but check this site out:

Guys, thnaks for the help, with the link.
Honestly, I have already got and used a lot of their items.
The quality is great and superb!!!
Also their customer service is on a one to one basis. Personally i have spoken with them via phone in regards to future ideas and about the excellent quality of thier products.
To mention a few of the ones that i have purchased:

1- sand bags
2- Nam radio pack
3- litters
4- rubble
5- barbwire
6- stowage, modern
7- stowage WWII

to name a few. I just wanted to know about flags, other small scale items, like more buildings, vehicle flags or ID pannels, posters, civilian figures, and so forth.
If any of you guys have any ideas let me know,
thanks in advance,
HOOAH!

Have you looked in your local craft/hobby store that sells dollhouse items?
Sounds crazy but, I was in a Hobby Lobby and they had a 1/2 sale going on all there dollhouse items. I started looking at the stuff and boom! The scale is close to 1/18. I picked up furniture, coke bottles, dice, loaves of bread, benches etc. All kind of stuff. I know you won't find a Nazi flag next to the betsy wetsie display, but you could possible find items that you could build upon.
I even sold some of the stuff on Ebay.

75th Ranger, for posters, if you have access to a printer, just save the image and scale it down to an appropriate size and print, works well for maps and pictures too;

Check out this link too, they have some nice printable stuff and though not 1/18, you can convert them to 1/18 scale:
