I did see one go for the $300.00 range about 2 months ago. This is the most sought after version of all the 109G's so I think to get this one you will have to shell out the big bucks. I want a DWK spit and the last few I have seen are going for over $300.00

I was fortunate to pick up two of these in the last three months.

The best Me 109G available IMHO.

It comes in a different box than the other 21 century Me 109's.
On another tread this was explained to me that this was a "special" release, that was sold though Target, and not Walmart.

I picked up my first just after the death of Gunther Rall.
Really wanted to have his plane.
Cost me close to $200.
I was really impressed with the Rall.
The paint seems to be really good on it.

I picked up a second one as a spare, and that one set me back about $140.IIRC.

I highly recommend the Rall, and you should be able to get one for around $140-$200.
If you keep looking, you might be able to get one for less, but that will probably take some time.

Go for it!

You won't be disappointed. :D
