Custom P-40 Tex Hill #48

Working on repaint of the Ultiamte Soldier 1/18 P-40. Went with the Tex Hill #48 AVG scheme and somewhat mixed on this. I have seen some pics where the earth color is darker like I did on this one. Some pics I have seen show lighter earth color. I saw episode of dogfights and P-40 brown looks like almost tan color.
This is the P-40 earlier version with the nicer pilot but I noticed the mouth is off as compred to real pics and the newer P-40 in the special box. The gray is suppose to be one continuous line but it is split on this one. The newer version has the better shark mouth and the gray is continuous.

looks good! Always liked Tex Hill and thought his plane should have been the re-release AVG from 21C.
