In the retreat across france and battle of the bulge they had the MP44.
Somewhere I saw a picture of a FJ squad riding a King tiger some had mp44's.
Don't remeber where I saw it. Maybe in some Battle of the Bulge footage.
late '44 and '45 many units were issued with them to try and increase the fire power of the squad.
When I did WW2 re-enacting in Colorado there was a FJ unit and their leader was a stitch Nazi and he used one.
So I think you can give them one in a diorama if you want, it would look good late war.

The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent.
