but apparently this was never part of the set, so I find that somewhat disappointing.Downunder, we call that misleading advertising.
How does 21st Cent get away with misrepresenting

I bought a Hayloft Playset,I liked the look of the stone wall on the box art;

I was dissapointed with that too. Unfortunantly it is a common thing to see with American toy products, and 21c has been pretty good at it. The companies get away with it by noting on the package (in very small print) that the color, etc. of the items shown may not match the actual product. The Hayloft set is, IMHO, still a very nice building and well worth the price - even when it was at full retail.
If you want some other examples of 21c not showing what exactly was on the box, look at the back of the card for the S1 US and German figures. It shows a blue nose P-51 that looks far more accurate than the S1 XD "Lou IV" P-51 (or the S2 Blue Nose one) ever did!

Hey great you still upset over your Lou IV P-51? Just giving you crap buddy. I saw the same thing you did and it made me mad as well. 21st is notorious for putting images on their boxes and not having it look like whats inside the box. But they do say "product may vary or may be different that is shown" then what you really get. Frusterating as hell but we have to live it I guess.

I don't sweat it, remember the initial Corsair releases, had 'Big Hog" on the box and they never released that one. Just a picture of the prototype model. I'm just glad we have as many planes from them as we do now.

The Point?
So do we file a class-action lawsuit and put 21st out of business?
I don't understand the ultimate point of this thread. Let's move on.
