Greetings
Thought I'd share another one of my classics in my collection. This is an old Wen Mac gas powered P-26. I changed the tires and still want to add rigging to the bottom and do some touchup, but otherwise a neat addition to my collection. I am also going to put a good looking 21st pilot in it. The original is just a molded yellow plastic one.
I took a couple of photos next to the BBI P-51 for comparison

I have always liked the Pea shooter

Kirk Douglas : Mine hit the ground first
John Wayne : Mine was taller

Very cool. I've been thinking the P-26 would make a great 1/18 model. Lots of great repaints possible, too. I'd love to have one in ROC colors...
