Dragon Armor 1/72 Panther F

Post by Juneau@1 » Thu Apr 21, 2005 3:13 pm

Just a heads up, there is a Panther F on ebay. It is not a presell and pictures of the tanks are shown. She looks pretty good. The seller is in the UK, so I wonder when we will see them here in the states.

Excellent recon, Juneau. I've got this baby on pre-order and I was wondering what she'd look like. Very cool!

What I like about this Panther the most is that it is the only F series Dragon has done. Every other Panther has been a G series.

I don't know about this one. I really like the "G" version and love the way the Panther chassis and turret match up and balance. This turret looks sorta small and cramped, almost like a toy turret from a 1950s Dinky toy. The kill rings on the barrel are certainly imaginary.... It just doesn't look as good to me as the Gs have. IMHO.
