Why not leave it as it is, with a little massaging:
The tractor is very very close to a WW2 M26 Pacific Tractor and Tank Transporter. Known as a "Dragon Wagon" the real tractor was 304" and the trailer was 465". That's a 64 foot long beauty.

Has anybody see this item in person? Photo of the item looks like it has possibilities, once all the junk is pulled off......... even the rocket, maybe as a V-2??? but I like the tractor and trailer as a tank transporter. The description says 4" figures, which would make the vehicle even better as one huge 1/18 transporter.
Any opinions?

Grunt1 did a custom of one into a dragon wagon. Looks pretty good, a bit underscale but you're right, it does have potential.
The rocket is way too small for a V2, though.
