Cap from the Cobra Pilot/CIA Agent (also comes with the tan M1025 Command Vehicle)
Special Forces watch cap

Did the Cobra pilot come with headgear? I bought one loose but suppossedly complete and don't have any headgear, maybe I need to go thru the packing materials again?

He comes with a black hat that does not fit him very well but fits nicely on some GI Joe figures. I have 2 of the figure and am selling the figures on eBay and keeping the hats, but I need more hats.

And, of course, my eBay photo shows that the one I'm selling does not have the hat.
