Interesting photos, looks like a recoilless rifle of some type (the model # escapes me at the moment) no way you could fire a 105mm "gun" of any kind from the back of a jeep... that is if you want the jeep to survive...

Aberdeen is not all that far from my home, one day I might actually get to visit the armor museum there..

i was also referring the PzKpfw. V they were using for as a target in the first pic.

It's worth the trip. I went to AIT there in 1984. Even pulled guard duty a few times at the museum.
