The Black Manta is real!?

I was watching Unsolved Mysteries today and they had a feature from the early nineties about secret experimental aircraft. They had a picture of a black triangle and they theorized it might be the Black Manta. At the end of the story they had an update, after it originally aired they said that Air Force admited that they had an airplane called the "Black Manta". Does anybody know what their talking about?
