Funny Roadwheels

Post by Der Kommandant » Sun Aug 24, 2008 7:12 pm

The Forces of Valor T-34 features very unique roadwheels. I've seen photos of the tank each model is based on: the green one with white ID band, the white one that fought at Leningrad, and the 3rd Byelorussian Front one. All feature the earlier T-34 style roadwheel, which can also be found in later T-34/76's. However the models all feature the different roadwheel; so different that I have yet to see a photo or model of a tank with that type of roadwheel. Is this an actual piece based on something authentic, or is this a monstrous flaw both historically and in terms of the toy? Any thoughts?

I don't know :? . Never noticed this before, way too unobservant for this stuff. Good eye though!
