When will the new panzers w/ sideskirts come out?

Does anyone have any idea? I am really looking forward to the forest camo color as it would match nicely w/ the one panther I have. I am itching to buy some of the ones w/out sideskirts from badcat, but would wait if it means Ill get sideskirts and a better matching paintjob.
