XDs swapping war stories........

Post by ww2collecter » Sun Feb 27, 2005 6:50 pm

I made a little souvenir for my 82nd Airborne. I don't know if its got anything on the other soldier's Luger though? Seeing the different dioramas, from this board, has inspired me to do more with them than having them just stand there :D

A nice simple diorama highlighting the life of the average soldier. Pretty cool!

I used an old white t-shirt, cut the flag out to the approx. size. Then holding a quarter in the center, I took a Testor red paint marker and colored the flag all around the quarter. Did the same on the back also.
Then using a Sharpie marker, I drew the swatzika. I did'nt put it on the other side due to the configuration of the symbol. Also cut the t-shirt w/ a razor blade to give it the tattered edges
