Here's a link to a new 21st century long tom playset that includes three of the figures that were announced on the 21st site just a couple days back. Looks sweet, amazing how quickly these were released.

Very cool. I have both the 155 and 8inch but had to buy them in the model version. I think I will pick these up when I see them. Thanks for the intel Colonel!

Same here! The auction says the seller is in California, so there is a ray of hope, but even then it still seems to take anything forever to get to my local TRUs... I was hoping to see the figures released carded, but I'm sure we'll see that in timeRowsdower wrote:Yeah 2-3 months after initial sighting is more like it at my TRU.![]()

I was thinking the same thing.... I hope they do release the figs carded, because I already have plenty of the artillery pieces.hoping to see the figures released carded, but I'm sure we'll see that in time

A proper & logical offering by 21CT...
When I saw the announcement of the figs on the 21CT site I wondered why they hadn't waited with the release of the arty to make playsets of the weapon & crew...I'm hoping now that the arty has new markings, maybe just a tad too much to wish for...but of course I'll pick one up in any case...

I believe these have come and gone from the East Coast.

Have not seen these at any DC metro area TRU stores yet, so if they came & went, it was in the blink of an eye because I recon these pretty much on a weekly basis. Be a real shame if they don't show up here, but the Hetzers were very slow in coming to this area, so I may have to be a bit more patient on these new sets.I believe these have come and gone from the East Coast.

Coastal NC has yet to see a Hetzer or a Marder at all.

Not the same
I picked the set up several weeks ago and it has different figures. Fo instance the radio figure is kneeling. Also the other figures are not crouching or carrying, they are upright.

Heavy Artillery Emplacement
c44 - Yes that is the set. Notice it also carries the same title. So even if they do show up, a quick glance might make you miss it.

Notice that box of the new set says "Heavy Artillery Emplacement II" I don't believe the first set had the "II" designation. The new set also has a small graphic on the box showing the contents, ie. 155mm projectiles, ammo crates, etc. the first set doesn't have this so these two features should help to indentify the new set versus the old.
