I've always personally observed ground vehicles and figures move faster than planes... my personal experience, but I hit a LOT of stores locally.
Figures should be the line's mainstay, and it seems to me 21st is taking that lead... I think the $20 pricepoint should be in a close runner-up for pegspace then (I'm talking all 1:18 here, not other scales) with pricier items like planes/armor coming in third. Fact is the lower the pricepoint the higher volume of sales, that's really a basis for most any toyline.
Figures were sort of the anchor at the start, then 21st seemed to drift from that... thankfully they seem to be righting the ship there though, at least. And personally I find that tanks and things move faster and restock more than planes, but that's just my experiences. I just never see planes get restocked routinely and I'd say every WM I visit has at least 3 planes that've been there for months or even over a year. Hell some of my WM's still have choppers hanging around they refuse to clearance.
