Don't forget us overseas fans! We don't have WM or TRU here in NZ. Our only major option is through the internet. The fact that a large corporation like WM can influence what 21st builds, sucks big time!

On the other hand, w/o those big box stores there are a lot of things we might not have seen at all. All things in balance...Jay wrote:Don't forget us overseas fans! Maybe.....probably, but with WM buying up a huge shipment of Atlantic Avengers and then flipping them off at $1 a piece, it's hard to see the "win, win" situationcoreystinson wrote:

It is hard to apply any logic to Wal-mart's behavior. In 4th quarter '05 they bought of bunch of R/C 21st Century 1:18 scale vehicles then clearanced them off in Jan/Feb. the following year. Then, they did the same thing in 4th quarter '06 with the grey Panzer tanks, again clearancing them in Jan/Feb '07. (I picked up around 50 just in the immediate area.) They must have a VERY wide feedback loop.Jay wrote: Maybe.....probably, but with WM buying up a huge shipment of Atlantic Avengers and then flipping them off at $1 a piece, it's hard to see the "win, win" situation
