Can't wait to get this one. Haven't seen it in the stores yet , but "talkin' about intimidating" ,.. Sheesh !
... This is one I'd like to see in winter camo so I may have to do one myself.
... This is just another variant I'd like to see in XD. Even though originally the turret was flawed from the out-set and considered "a shot trap" by combat standards ,. SO WHAT !! ... Way too cool !!!

Hi,
According to 21st, our delivery of KTs and the Dozer tank is finally expected on the 4th. We posted some manufacturer supplied images of both tanks, along with two versions of the Fireflys. Looks like 21st is stepping it up on all counts, especially with the new arty pieces.

Hi Lufty,
You can snag the images of the 21st stuff from our site. Which show are you referring to? I just learned today that the East Coast Show will be run this spring in May at Rothman as well as the usual November show. I think we're going to attend both. If the new FOV stuff comes out (along with some of the new 21st products) we'll bring it to the Show.

I want one of those Fireflys! I'll take the camo barrel, interesting bit of history.

I'd sure buy one! I'm just starting to collect 1:32, and there so many models I wish we could see in XD land!

The cammo on that King Tiger looks great - as does the Porsche turret - but the smooth sides without the zimmermit leave a little left to be desired in my opinion. Perhaps that's only because I'm looking at my FOV Kingtiger with all its weathering and zimmermitt sitting on my CPU as I type

Tman, you are correct, the Porsche Kingtigers were produced in the period when zimmerit was in use and
ALL Porsche Kingtigers had zimmerit (except the prototype).. The use of zimmerit was not stopped until the Production (standard) version Kingtiger was well into production..
Same with the Late version Tiger I.. All had zimmerit, only the Early and some mid-production Tigers did not have the zimm applied..

Hi Lufty,
Thanks for the info. We'll probably end up passing on the show and may have to pass on the upcoming spring edition of the East Coast Toy Soldier Show. I just learned today we may have a prior family committment.
