Clearanced XD and Girlfriend that buys it to boot!
My wife, who LOVES to shop at WM, would give me "the look" and say,"Don't you have enough of that stuff?"

Germantown (Maryland) WM had a nice selection of BOB II figures, both American and German, and several P-51D Ridge Runners in both XD and 32X.

On the 27th I went in the WM here and saw the flying undertaker and smoke II 2 each.I was to broke to even put them on layaway.I went in again today and they were still there. So as I previously mentioned the toy departmnet manager has a slight crush on me(still think its just the uniform).....as we spoke I mentioned to her how they had clearenced the BH corsair, ridge runner and 3rd staffel stuka to $5.00,She politely scanned the 2 flying undertakers and smoke II's and guess how much I paid and walked out of there with them.$5.00 each.$21.76 total for 4 planes.WOW!!!!! Wow Sarge, those deals are going in the XD record books next t the $1 CIA Hueys and $4 LAVs..
I think since A) you've already gotten the toys - er 'models' - thing out of the way and B) she's a sucker for a man in uniform the least you could do is spend some of that money saved on taking her out..

Sarge,
I think you need to take one for the team. Wine her, dine her, get her to order about 5 cases of any available XD stuff, and start taking orders from the board

Pretty much. I think the Panzer IV was Jan 05, so almost 2 years. Just not a big market for them it seems - nobody makes them any more. Wish this was not the case.

Not sure what figure of speech you mean but I love the bbi Sherman. Awesome piece, great pack-ins and a great figure. Damn shame it didn't sell better. Could have led to great things...

I was amazed to see 3 BOB II figures on the pegs at a local WM today. First time I've ever seen any of them up here. I left them there for someone else, as I got these by other means long ago.

I stopped at a WM in Delavan WI. today. THey had the new Stukas, Corsairs, Smoke II, and Flying Undertaker. Also, Mutts, German and U.S. halftracks on clearance for $15.
