In an attempt to get back into the swing of things after a bit of a hiatus with customization and kit building, I undertook a simple “warmup” project to customize an old Corps ATK Mission vehicle into something a bit more realistic... Tamiya sprays, Ammo Mig washes and Tamiya weathering powders were used for the paint and weathering. Clear plastic was used to glaze the windows. I decided to keep the somewhat cheesy guns, but they look better with a repaint…
The ATK vehicle works well as some kind of light scout/ reconnaissance vehicle and scales well with Joy Toy, GI Joe, Marauder, and other 1/18 figures. Enjoy
