Conversion kit for 1/18 P51B

Hi I wonder if anybody know there you could find a conversionkit to a 1/18 P51B

I have only seen one. It was many years ago and it was in the possession of Isaiah at the Military Toy Shop in Dayton, OH. If it's still in his possession it would likely not be easy to acquire. And, it's just a fuselage part and doesn't cover changes to the wing or any of the more subtle differences.
