That's awesome. It seems anything is possible in 1:32.
The more variations on those the better. I'm really hoping that format catches on in 1:18. Those 1:32 sets are a steal as was the 1:18 MM.

Interesting! I won't go chasing it down, however, as I have the plane, I have the soldiers, I have the sandbags... Still, its an interesting idea for a playset. Now they need to make something similar for the British using the 32x RAF P-40 paint variant, the sandbags, and the 32x Brits!
But where are the 32x Zeros and Macchis?

A little OT but....
I wonder if the Zero got held up for similar reasons as the 1:18 Japanese figures?
In any case, it comes down to what gets put on the water by the end of the month. If not by the 29th then not until March, would mean landing in April maybe not seeing shelves until May (huge back log at that point). So, some of the things that were promised in Q1 just ain't gonna happen, on both the 1:18 and 1:32 side of things.
Hopefully the Admiral F86 and the bbi ground troops get out of country within the next week. If not it's going to be a long time coming. IMO no chance the Avenger hits the water in the next 6 days, so don't expect that for a few more months....

That's a BIG surprise! I guess with all the 1/32 vehicles and figures already out, quite a few variations of playsets can be made. Good way to package up the merchandise.

I haven't seen the new playsets in my AO yet, but I did come across two new 32x model kits. These were the German 88mm gun and the US M-24 Chaffee with that horrible "rainbow" cammo scheme.

Your wish has been granted!!!!!!
I went to my local Walmart today and they had 2 new playsets..
Messian Montgomery on the Prowl: RAF P-40, Brit troops and sandbag bunkers..
Dresden Tower Defense: 88mm Gun w/ German troops and sandbag bunkers..

Oh Mark, I "wish" it were that easy.. If it were, the Walmarts would be full of every 32x aircraft I ever wanted and all of them just for me..

I just saw pics of the new playsets on evilbay. The 88 set appears to have the tops of the bunkers as the emplacements and the 88 crew appear to be the ones from the new howitzer set. The other three look to be the crew from the 2 flakpanzers.
