Had some success at one before with some 1/6 figures. Might check this out. ... That's assuming it's not 10 below zero with half a foot of snow....They highlighted Marauder task Force but there's no guarantee they'll have 1/18 figures and vehicles. More likely Star Wars and other Sci-fi and super heroes will dominate. Gas prices are reasonable and admission is an unheard of $2. Usually $5 or more for these shows.

What makes the P-51 Mustang so special?
"It would do for 8 hours what a Spitfire would do for 45 minutes."

Does anyone know if there is a place that lists swap meets, toy shows or model competitions?

Re: Toy Show in Dayton, OH
I opted not to go. Decided about 8 AM that morning. Just four days earlier it was below zero with dangerous wind chills, ice and snow. Sunday was a miraculous 64 degrees and sunny. The snow was gone and there was much yard cleanup to do before the next rain. I've narrowed what I look for to a degree that I figured my chances of finding anything I wanted and then have it a reasonable price were not good enough to sacrifice the day.
