Atlas 1:144 Lockheed Hudson available

Not sure if anyone is looking for an Atlas 1:144 Lockheed Hudson bomber, but there is one available on ebay for less than $20 shipped. Here is the ebay id number: 230951946659.

I have one of these and must point out that the rendering of the British roundels and other markings is way off as to colors. The blues, for example, are purple and the reds are pink. I redid my model but many may not be willing to do such a mod on so small an item.

i picked up a deag Hudson a couple of weeks ago in an auction and when i got it it was better than i was expecting. The colours aren't awful...a bit off but so are many of the Altaya offerings.

It would certainly benefit from a bit of sprucing up but it's really not a bad little model and the only option around. I think some of the newer deag stuff is better than the older Atlas versions. Printed markings instead of stickers, better colours etc. I've bought about 7 deags now and have been pleased with all of them.

Many of the others are real dogs though and to be avoided. I'm still ticked they made such a botch job of the Blenheim. Probably never going to see that in 1/144 again and the Atlas/Deag version is awful.
