What about the Pz III? This could be a possibility with so many Stug III chassis laying around.

Re: NEW FORCES of VALOR 2013 PREDICTIONS
The new John Jenkins tanks are fantastic. I've been toying getting the early Soviet tanks which were used in the Spanish Civil War and in WWII. If you want even more obscure, how about Old Northwest's WWI Renault's which the French used before they surrendered. There's also Frontline's Churchill and Comet. And finally, H&B's German halftracks in various versions.

John Jenkins? Frontlines? What scales are you talking about? I'm talking 1:32.
I doesn't matter now anyway, photos from the 2013 NUREMBERG TOY FAIR are about to be released any day now. Reality will prevail.

Re: It doesn't matter now anyway
OK, then I won't share my gut feelings that FOV will release an M8 Greyhound
And I can't help but think they'll re-release the Challenger and maybe a repaint of the M-109...
But I've been happy with the choices FOV has dished out over the years, so my big hope is that they raise the bar on the QC of their accessories & figures. I have enough banana shaped panzerfausts and warped crates, and Unimax has become so complacent that their promo photos actually show figures holding bent weapons...
And here's more a proposal than a prediction: FOV, hunt down the molds for the unreleased 21CT 1/32 British Paras and make the owner an offer he can't refuse...and if that's too far-fetched, re-release the metal Soldiers of Steel line in a more affordable (but rigid) plastic...

Re: NEW FORCES of VALOR 2013 PREDICTIONS
New QUALITY sculpted figures from FOV. would actually be my greatest joy.
By the way, 21st CENT, did release the Brit. Para. Troops, but in limited quantity.
Remember the Germans in winter white camo. and the Waffen SS figures that came with the
Germ. Half-track? Great sculpts, but obscure poses.
If only they could have expanded those sets to 8 poses each and sold them separately.
If you REALLY want an M-8 Grayhound, you'll just have to buy a MONOGRAM 1:32 kit, if you don't already have it.

Re: NEW FORCES of VALOR 2013 PREDICTIONS
I wish they would make a t-34/76. Plain and simple they would sell like hot cakes and they already have half of it done already. I think I alone would buy like four of the damn things.
Make that an I will be happy...for a little while at least.
And for what it's worth I would eventually like to see an M10, sdkfz 250, and a pz.II as well.

Re: NEW FORCES of VALOR 2013 PREDICTIONS
Frontline is 1/32. You can pick them up for cheap. Britains vehicles are also 1/32. John Jenkins are 1/30 but since they are obscure only the best of eyes would know they are 1/30. Figarti also has has 1/32 vehicles...

Do you have any links to the 1/32 Frontlines? All I am coming up with is some 1/72 resin stuff for wargaming.

All of that stuff is retired. Are they not making any new WWII product?

A helicopter does not want to fly, it just vibrates so much that the ground rejects it
Re: NEW FORCES of VALOR 2013 PREDICTIONS
To make myself clearer, The Motorpool website has Unimax FOV catalogue pictures of the 2013 offerings. They are located in the various sections of that website, i.e. Combat Vehicles, etc. I didn't know they also had the whole catalogue on the site.PAK38 wrote:Look for catalogue pictures of the 2013 Unimax FOV releases at

Re: NEW FORCES of VALOR 2013 PREDICTIONS
Thanks guys, but I must say that the lack of 1:32 product from FOV. is their biggest letdown yet.
I was so anticipating SOMETHING! ANYTHING NEW!!!!
I will just have to concentrate all my excitement on the hobby kits that WILL be released this year.
At least, THEY deliver.
* 1:35 TYPE XXIII U-BOAT
* 1:32 BLACK WIDOW
* 1:32 B-17
* 1:35 LOWE SUPER HEAVY GERM. TANK
* 1:35 BRIT. VOSPER CREW
* 1:32 LUFTWAFFE PILOTS + 1 GROUND CREW
* 1:32 RAF PILOTS
* 1:35 BRIT. MOBIL COMMAND TRUCK
I'll just have to be happy with that.

Re: NEW FORCES of VALOR 2013 PREDICTIONS

They are re-releasing this one with a towed gun. It better go for the same price considering the original came with pretty much nothing in the way of extras, plus I don't believe there is hardly any metal in that particular model.
I've been all over the P-61 and B-17 since they were first rumored. I am seriously running out of space for models.

In 1/32 scale: repaints of panther, stug IIIG, and t-34/85. The t-34/76 will be released in 1/72.

Re: NEW FORCES of VALOR 2013 PREDICTIONS
I still have yet to get the KRUPP TRUCK, so in a way that worked out, at least it'll come with a gun.
Lame-ass re-paints don't count, unless they include NEW FIGURES in GOOD poses.

Re: NEW FORCES of VALOR 2013 PREDICTIONS
I'm mostly of the same opinion. I want the Krupp Truck, but in a camo scheme and I was really hoping they'd make one, but not yet I guess. I would also prefer that they couple it with another piece of towed artillery. I leave it to you to guess what that might be.plasticgeneral wrote:I still have yet to get the KRUPP TRUCK, so in a way that worked out, at least it'll come with a gun.

I like the Kubelwagen ambulance. I know it's a repaint, but I'll probably get it.

As in "nebelwerfer"? Nope. Would be interesting though, if done correctly and, as others have said, with a well-sculpted crew.[CAT]CplSlade wrote:Does it start with an N?
