BBI Pave Hawk: different molds between 1st and 2nd release?

Hi all,
I've had an issue: sent winglets/hangers and fuel tanks to somebody who had a nude Pave Hawk. He got my items and says they don't fit (colour and fixing the tanks to the hangers or the hangers to the fuselage, it's not clear). My own Pave was brand new in the originel blue blistered box. Is it possible that BBI did a different mold for these accessories and that my customer bought a 2nd, different release (silver grey blister box with rivets/panels like images)?
I'm sure not, but wanted to ask you before, thank you for your advise!

Not sure, but I bought a Pave a long time ago from another collector but it did not have the fueltanks/hangers so was searching for them and another kind collector from Switzerland offered me the original Pave fueltanks/hangers, but it did not fit, I first thought these were the Black Hawk ones, but he sent the correct ones so is my Pave customized or not? :/ I am clearing out my hobby because of financial reasons so if anyone interested in anything, let me know.....

I'm the kind collector from Switzerland! With this pic, I understand what's missing on your Pave: the wing roots on the fuselage top have been removed. It was not noticeable on your eBay pic. So the winglet/hangers can not be attached. I'm planing to make the Pickelhaube's PaveHawk custom, have a look here:

If you want the wing roots, you'll have to wait a while; I'm busy with an other work. The roots are not easy to remove, it needs the sawing of the inner mounted screws and pins, so it needs some more work and glue if you want to put the roots again.
Let me now your intentions...

Oh I see, thanks for the info mate, everything makes sense now. Sorry for my noob questions. ): Do you think 119 GBP is an okay price for the Pave I have? If anyone wants it from here, I can lower the price a bit more of course. (: The missing parts are the box (but will safely be send) and the root winglets.

Don't now the change rate of GBP to CHF or US$. A modified Pave with missing parts is probably half of its new-in-box value, I saw some for 189 US$ NIB...You should try to put a topic in the Buy-Sell-Trade forum. One thing is sure: the parts I've sent to you are useless without the wing roots.
