RC Plane Talk
Re: RC Plane Talk
fw-190A coming in 2012. One of the more scale looking r/c planes i've seen. 550mm wingspan would make it 1/19, so a bit small but the only game in town except for skywrecks.

Means it's missing some critical components. Remote, servos, battery, ect. Like the name says, ALMOST ready to fly.
RTF is ready to fly, but be warned, I dislike stuff from nitroplanes, hobby king, ect. Mostly cheap garbage for RC flying.

Also, RTF is not always the best way to get into the RC hobby. If you want help getting started, just PM Me.

Here is a very nice P-40E. 1/17.9 scale. Flying Tiger markings (post AVG). Detailing is very nice on this, including fabric simulation on the control surfaces. It looks like a model; even has a display stand.

Saab Grippen. Almost exactly 1/18. A hair short in length and a hair too spanny.

Re: RC Plane Talk
Man! Im loving that Ju-52. I may have to pull the trigger on this one. thanks for posting
Re: RC Plane Talk
that ju-52 is actually about 1/24. It has a 4 foot span and the real plane's was around 94 feet. It's too bad because it has a nice simulated corrugation to it.
the grippen is made by J-power in their Sky Angel line.

not sure if the site works or not but that ju-52 is nearly 1/24. Maybe you mixed up feet and inches when you did your calc?
