Looks great! I've seen a similar modification done with the 21c Sherman before. How hard is it to do?

Thanks! It was remarkably easy for a guy with virtually no modeling skills. I just guessed at what diameter Dremel bit to use, zipped the hole in where I thought it should go, and popped the gun mount into the hole. That was it!

Great! I tried it last night, using drillbit. It came out good. If I ever decide I want the gun back in its regular spot, I can simply cover the new hole with an ammo box or something 8)

Well, it was the R/C version and I gutted it a few years ago to make it a static display piece. I'll bet lots of the members here have done that.

Truth be told, I lkind of like the turret skirt - think it gives the tank character.
