any good place to get 1/144 GMC 6X6's???

Post by binder001 » Tue May 05, 2009 9:30 am

I have a small batch of 1/144 US tanks and need a couple supply trucks. Does anybody have these at a "reasonable" price? I'm not hot on spending $10 for a 1-inch truck.

Thanks,

Gary

Some one used to make resin kits in 1:160 (N) scale. They were four dollars, but you had to glue them together and paint them. They were easy to build. The hard part was cleaning up the parts for assembly.. might try places like this...

Look for European type train dealers as they often seel stuff like this.

21C made one which was released very briefly last year right before everything dried up at WM (released as New Millennium Toys). The same release batch included an american halftrack and a Hanomag plus a Sdkfz. 7. I have one of each. Wish I had picked up more now. Who knew? :-(

Is this what you are looking for? Two for seven bucks...

to view all the trucks, try here. Axis and allied vehicles. I built the M3 Lee model and they are nice little kits.
