Got my 1:32 Apache today
It is most certainly to scale and is nice for what it is. I would rate it on the higher end for a New Ray piece, but for those of you planning on ordering one, the quality and detail is nowhere near what is found on BBI, 21c, and even FOV aircraft.
Still, it is a 1:32 Apache and it also has a lot of custom potential. I barely had mine out of the box an hour and was already painting parts of it and detailing the cockpit (see below). Eventually, I will probably fill in the screw holes on the right side of the fuselage. Until I can locate suitable replacements, I have given The Apache a crew of FOV tanker figures, modified to sit properly in the seats.
It all doesn't look too bad...
Before modification: note the unpainted rotor hub, wheels, and cockpit interior...

After Modification: note the painted details...

Cockpit Detail:

A few more detail shots...
