FoV 1/32 Diorama

Post by Der Kommandant » Mon Nov 03, 2008 8:42 pm

Opinions on the Desert Storm dioramas, in particular the one with the tan Patton. Comments?
Will like to ask about metal conent for diorama, details, quality of base and case, and overall weight.
Would this be a recommended addition?
Any comments will be most welcome.

The two Desert Storm dios IMO are the least detailed of all of the FOV dios. But then they are set in the desert. The tank itself is very heavy. I didn't particularly like the destroyed Iraqi tank. The base is the same as all of the other dios, simple plastic. I picked up one very cheap off ebay and took everything off of the base to use as a dio base for a WW II north African diorama. At MSRP when they were released, I thought they were very over priced.
