I'm not really sure if this is some kind of joke or if the guy is serious, he seems to quote some pretty reliable references, so I have to assume the thing actually existed. Apparently, the first prototype was lost when the rear turret accidently fired into the center turret completely destroying the vehicle

a bit of a "fly in the ointment" you might say
