I've just finished modifying about 30 more men.
Most of these figures have different heads, some have a different head with modification and some just have their faces modified - ie added mustach, changed hair color, changed eyebrows or combination of the above. So, they are the Mod Squad









Some of the pictures are not that great, but the camara has a funky macro setting The General

Actually, this is only step one for some of the figures. Most will be getting "rank" decals applied, some others that and extra gear added as well THe MG-34 machine gunners will get ammo belts added to them, some troops get gernades(not found on 21st C figures) and other goodies. I have done some more shopping, this time for Dragon figures. Now the fun really begins I think I may have found the "Stiener figure as well, or at least his head on a different body. So the troop continues to grow. Perhaps I should take a breather and go work on the BW fence, it is a time consumer The General
