Hello guys,
here is my first project on a 21st Century model. I was waiting to have decals (thanks Razor) before starting.
When I receive it, laminated springs were broken so I made new ones with plasticard. Then all parts were painted olive drab with a Badger 150.
Engine is painted Industrial Light Grey and detailed. Then color filters, drybrush and so on...
Next, more drybrush, decals and weathering.

OK folks, here it is ! Now serving in the glorious Big Red One.
The finishing touch will be some impedimenta added here and there. This nice little fellow was seen in Mons on 4th september 1944.
Next vehicle will be an M3 half track.

That looks great!

I've wanted to do that to mine as well, just haven't had the time or patience to do so. You've given me some idea of where I want go with it.

Phil,
Nice job!
I like the mud on the windshield where the wiper has gone through it.
It looks very realistic.
Thanks for sharing!
