Here's a few of my custom figures I have made.
Don't pay attention to the background, I'm still building German Headquarters
First off, a few german generals ...
Now a couple from "Hogan's Heros"
Col. Klink
Sgt. Schultz
Gen. Burkhalter
I have many more, but just need to find them.

I agree, they do need a coat of dull coat to flatten them out
The shineyness on the insignia is due to them being made out of copper and the sharpie markers and paint pens used to color them may have been too transparent

Gives me tons of ideas.

I've just gotten started
With all the extra hats, different heads and the custom insignia and rank badges, the possibilities are endless

Once I do a bunch more, I'll post some more figures. I know I have a tray stashed away with 8 more Lt. Odhiems(German officer) ready for custom officers. General Blasto
