Small Scale Military Headquarters

Hello all, I was just wondering if anybody here has did any custom work on the new Germans, and if so could post pics of them? I have been wanting to do some customs of these guys but wanted some good ideas for paint schemes, etc... Any advice at all will help. Thanks T.O

Nothing more than headswaps - and I gave one a pea-dot cammo pancho from a Dragon figure

Actualy I will try to work on some this weekend. I will be converting them to a WW1 machine gun crew complete with shakos.

I tell you another thing. The new figure with the black rubber (leather) jacket would be a nice custom for a WW1 British machine gunners jerkin. Looks like an easy cutom as well. Just need to paint it broun leather and do a little sleeve work and we are downtown.

Awesome! I'd love to see what everybodys up to on these guys. The camo ones are the main ones I'm really interested in working on. Does anybody know if there was any other paint schemes for that particular uniform? I tried looking up different uniforms but came up short with this style. Thanks fellas.

Also, I do agree that black jacket is exellent for doing custom jobs as well. So far I've managed to procure five of this fig, and the coats are all on diff figs.

Just like what tmanthegreat said just headswapes. But as for the uniform there was a lighter and a darker version of the uniform. But each one wasn't exactly the same
