Custom Mig-15bis "Fagot" Repaint

Post by MIGMADMAVIS » Wed Apr 04, 2007 2:58 pm

As you can probobly tell I used the Chinese Mig 15 to make this Soviet used fighter. I hope you guys like it, I just finished weathering it today, and I think it turned out pretty well. Tell me what you guys think!!!<a href="http://good-times.webshots.com/photo/25 ... fGIJ"><img src="http://thumb2.webshots.net/t/57/457/6/5 ... What brand paint did you use, and what did you use to weather it?

Mig Mad sure looks red. Kind of like the Russky Red Baron.
Kirk Douglas : Mine hit the ground first
John Wayne : Mine was taller

Well, I coated it with a semi gloss red paint from Tamiya, and then I used black acrylic paint to weather it in between all the rivet holes, and all the panel lines. And then I used a very lite coat of black to tint the red in the end.
