Finally found this stuff at Walgreens. :)

Anyone have a good link or two detailing various uses and proper techniques? Mainly interested in weathering.

Weathering? Now that could be interesting. I'd be hesitant because of the lack of control. Paint you have some chance of washing off. I've used the Rit for dying figures to change skin color, or to realisticly cover some gaudy yellow plastic items. From that, I've seen how quickly some parts can be discolored.
Sometimes, the mind needs a shovel, rather than a pencil and paper, to express itself.
