Small Scale Military Headquarters

Opinions on decal paper, what do you guys think is the best? Do anybody use a decal setting solution? If so what kind?

Here's a link for questions I had regarding decals. I create my own for other models I build and started doing so about 8-10 months ago. This website is great for any questions regarding model building.

Also, there's a user called tyamada. Don't know anything about him other than that anything he suggests is gospel. Do whatever he suggests (really).

...but I didn't answer your question. I got both clear and B/W from decalpaper.com. It works pretty good but it's not quite what I get from models I buy from the store. As for setting solution, I just put a coat of Future floor polish on first and have never had a problem.
