Well you could sculpt a new one with milliput or other modelling clay.

Also you could use headwear from other toylines & adapt them to work.

For instance Chap mei Police Officer peaked cap could (with a little work) look like a Officers peaked cap.Using either Milliput to restyle or a heatgun maybe.

It`s what your willing to do that counts really.
