Small Scale Military Headquarters

Just found this photo and information booklet stuffed away in a dark corner, a hold over from the days when I actually used to BUILD models, oh well, that's another story. Anyway, this Verlinden publication is a must have for anyone who is planning to detail or is in the process of detailing a BBI Hornet. Chock full of high resolution color plates of the highest quality, it covers every inch of the Hornet in very great detail. Available from the usual suspects like Amazon and at some of the better stocked hobby shops, I would highly recommend this to anyone involved in or planning on detailing the Hornet, well worth the $13 bucks or so that it costs. Covers the F/A-18 A&C models plus the CF-18C. The pics will give you some idea of what to expect, enjoy.

I believe he`s currently devising how to make a Working JET engine at 1/18th scale to install onto his F/A-18 HAHAHAHAHAHA

Spot on Steelbonnet, I am currently detailing two loose XD Bradley IFV's, one in Woodland camo and one Desert, and I'm using the booklet pictured below. These things are really invaluable for anyone who is engaged in this sort of thing (detailing, modifying, etc.) and when you consider that they rarely cost more than about $15 or so, they represent a pretty good value in my opinion. Yea must echo you on the Signal/Squadron books mate they are indeed highly usefull in aiding with custom work

The Concord,Motorbooks on certain vehicles/aircraft are also great additions to the libary too

He`s got really detailed tech material Now. So 1/18th working Jet engines,working nobs & switches in the cockpit,working HUD,display screens & Weapons Lock too That about right Rob LOL

Very nice book mate thats quite some detail the book has.
