Looking for some help with a custom 1:6 project

So my boss is an active duty NSW operator and he has a special request,
He has seen my collection of 1:6 figures and he wants me to put together a custom figure and display based off an action he was a part of near Mosul in 2016.
I am looking for someone to help me build a base that is just the truck bed of a Toyota Hilux pickup truck with a M2 browning in the back for his figure to be standing behind.
Any help with finding an artist to help make this display a reality would be greatly appreciated
