They look very similar to Mr. Young C. Parks models. He was in FineScale Modelers in Sept of 2005 and again in Sept of 2008. Amazing detail, incredible skill and a lot of talent.

looking down the page I found his name is Gabriel Silva. Found that Mr. Young past away in 2013.
