Small Scale Military Headquarters

hello all I am entertaining the idea of having my boxed flight 19 avenger custom painted to look like the avenger George H.W. Bush piloted anyone know anybody who could do this for me I remember hearing 21st century toys was going to do it but they went under so this is my chance I a little strapped for cash now so it would be a couple months. any way my plan is to have George Bush senior sign it
