Don't know the exact result of 1/25 to 1/18... May I propose you an other way: draw a line on your 1/25 plan that is exactly 10ft long in the 1/25 scale. Measure exactly 10ft in 1/18th. Let the photocopier run at different % magnification of your plan until you reach 1/18.
Be carefull with the measures. I made such a magnification of a boat plan, I got it on 3 paper copies and noticed that there are always some spheric (optical?) aberration that disturb the final result, as it was not possible to cement exactly the paper sheets so that the parallel lines continues from one sheet to the next...
It is one reason more to make several copies, 1/25 to 1/18 vertical AND horizontal AND diagonal seems not possible to get because of these aberrations...
Good luck and spare money with black and white trials prior to colour copies!
