........... I've found various size trees @ WAL* MART in their crafts section. Great for both 1:18 & 1:32 .

MG, I went to a Walmart yesterday and no trees in the craft aisle. How long ago did you get the trees at Walmart? Believe me, I readily acknowledge every Walmart is different...

i've seen trees at WM but usually around halloween and christmas time. Other times i do not see trees....although i remember i found some 9 inch palm trees once a few years ago.

trees are little so and so's to make. I like the schleich tress i bought as they're quick and easy and durable, but they cost and they are of limited size.

papo, schleich and safari ltd all make useful trees, so long as you're not wanting anything big....most are 10 to 14 inches.

making trees is more cost effective and you can pretty much make any size you want, but they're tedious and fragile.
i never met an airplane i didn't like...
