Where I am living i have found a desertic area with a little less of 1 Ha. It look like a desert area in Afghanistan like Keyber pass or some area in the Golan Hights during Yom Kippur War. I plan to put there a village of 12 houses, few bunkers and roads. it's a good place to put on scene my figures and vehicle including R/C tank battle.
Here are the pictures of my first barn as part of my village:
The main farm:
The barn:
The destroyed house (on the site i am gone place some walls arts and burn wood in it):
Now the walls:
Note the bullets impacts:
On one of the acces road, i have placed a bunker:

Fantastic work on the buildings and I love your use of the desert terrain

You must live in So Cal or one of the southwestern states somewhere

Either way, it all makes for a very realistic setup. You need to get some of the 21c "Eastern Warrior" figures as they are tailor-made Taliban action figures and would look spot-on in your diorama!

Great start to a fantastic outside dio. I look forward to your developing vision of a rural village. The scale perception is awesome and as you add detail it will really come into focus. Thanks for sharing and post more pics.
