Really nice piece, is the cannon custom built? 8), I can't remember any 1/18 with that gun, of course that doesn't mean it wasn't made.

I was able to steal a few parts from other 1/18 tanks and guns but all the rest of the parts were hand carved from sheet plastic and balsa blocks and a week or so latter...
Poof! a 75mm L/24 Gun! most of the work was the controls and the MG-42 mount, if I had to do it again (which I wont, too much time involved) I would have made the gun stationary and not swivel or elevate, allot of work for a few degrees of movement...
The real thing was not meant to pick off targets, It was more of a drive it towards the fortified house or whatever and when it got close enough- pull the trigger. The short rounds didn't have the velocity to penetrate armor very well and used high explosive warheads.

Thanks, This one took allot of work but I am very happy with the way it came out!
With only a little over 100 page views and already over 20 watchers it might go to the moon. Then again someone may get it for $210.

I know one thing, if for some reason no one blinks and it ends with no bids Im not throwing it up on Etsy for anything under $350 or higher. So much time making all those tiny parts....

You know what it is like Mathew....
