Hey guys.
Anyone else have the main gear on their 104 break? Mine just plain cracked, just above the wheel hub (the small 7 sided piece, behind the wheel).
The plane has never been played with and just spends it's life sitting on a shelf. I just repositioned it one day, and when I set it back down it collapsed on the deck
Anyone got any fixes? I'm guessing just glueing it back on won't be strong enough?

Post a picture of it, maybe it's the same thing that happened to mine several years ago- maybe not.

My gear collapsed from the wallowing out of the top of the gear- the open part where it swivels at the upper mount. I just heated it up, tightened it, and it no longer has excessive play in the gear itself when extended (causing the plane to lean to one side when looked at head-on). Mine collapsed when one of the gears just popped out.
