P 40 Tigers Mouth

Im shipping to my brother in law the P 40, he would really like to have the tiger mouth put on it, is there a place that sells a decal or someone that would pant it for a price for him , or give directions for him to do it being he has not worked with models very much but im thinking it should not be that hard to do, but then again I do not want him messing up the model trying, anyone can help let me know carlos
